The final 10 minutes of all 55 minute classes (except Fit Gym and Silver Sneakers®) may include core strengthening, stretch and/or relaxation segment.
Express classes are 10-20 minutes shorter than noted below and do not include this final segment.
Extended classes are 70 minutes in length.

| Bellies and Butts (30 minutes): Strength and endurance for the lower half and your mid-section! |

| Body Sculpting (55 minutes): An easy to follow class for all fitness levels that will target every muscle group using controlled movements and a variety of equipment including the body bar, dumbbells, ball, resistance bands, and more. |

Cardio Interval (55 minutes): This class incorporates various cardio formats with intervals of weight training. This is serious cross training and a great way to break your weight-loss plateau and burn a ton of calories! |

| Circuit Training (55 minutes): Circuit training is an excellent way to simultaneously improve mobility, strength and stamina.The class rotates between cardio exercises and toning exercises to tone the entire body. Challenging for all fitness levels! |

|
| Pilates (45 minutes): Based on the work of Joseph Pilates, it is a total body conditioning program that simultaneously stretches and strengthens the body creating balance from front to back, side to side, and top to bottom. A true necessity for all fitness levels! |

| Pump It Up (formally Group Strength) (55 minutes): Structured for all fitness levels to get a great entire body muscle workout. Learn how to lift weights in a structured format using the bar and plates to effectively tone and build lean muscle. |

Silver Sneakers® (45 minutes): These classes are appropriate for older adults who are fit and active as well as those who are sedentary, intimidated, unfamiliar with exercises, entering post-rehabilitation programs and ALL those who enjoy a positive, upbeat, social environment.

*Level 1 - Muscular Strength and Range of Movement
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball offer resistance; and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
*Level 2 – Cardio Circuit
Have fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, stretching and relaxation exercises.
*YogaStretch
YogaStretch will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

| Spinning/Spin Express(55/45 minutes): Beginner to Advanced stationary group cycling class. Challenge your mind and body cardio class! |

| Step (55 minutes): A beginner to advanced level class that incorporates fun choreography on the step. |

| Steppin Up! (55 minutes): For intermediate to advanced level steppers. Come and learn more fun choreography on the step. |

| TurboKick® (55 minutes): Kickboxing that combines athletic moves, sports drills, martial arts, hip-hop flavor and so much more! |

| Yoga (55 minutes): This class is for all levels. Gain strength, stamina, and balance as you control mind, body, and breath. |
|
| Yoga Basics (55 minutes): This class is for beginners or those who want a low key yoga class. Emphasis will be on learning the basic poses. |

| Yogilates (45 minutes): This class is a blend of yoga and Pilates. |
|
| Yoga Plus! (55 minutes): For yoga students that want to challenge their strength, stamina, and balance with more challenging yoga poses. |

| Zumba (45-55 minutes): Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout system that will blow you away! Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got Zumba! |
